Bohemian Hall & Beer Garden is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and in doing so strive to interpret many of the available standards and guidelines in level AA of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0. These guidelines try to explain how to help make the web more user-friendly for all people.

This site has been built using code compliant with W3C standards for HTML and CSS. The site displays correctly in current browsers and using standards compliant HTML/CSS code means any future browsers will also display it correctly.

 

Free software is available through NV Access called NVDA (NonVisual Desktop Access) for use with computers running on Windows. The non-profit NV Access was founded by two fully blind friends to help improve the accessibility of computers for blind and vision impaired people. While most readers can cost a lot of money, NV Access wanted to make sure the software was entirely free and available to all. It can be downloaded at:  NV Access Download
